Tessa Natural Park
The Tessa Natural Park (Italian: Parco Naturale Gruppo del Tessa, German Naturpark Texelgruppe) is one of the biggest South Tyrol natural parks, which lies in the Western part of this famous holidays in Italy destination. Südtirol the Tessa Natural Park includes the following valleys: Val Senales, Val Venosta, Val Passiria (German: Passeiertal). The Tessa Natural Park mountain resorts are: Naturno (German: Naturns), where lies the Visitors’ center, Senales (German: Schnals), Lagundo (German: Algund), San Martino in Passiria (German: Sankt Martin in Passeier), Moso in Passiria (German: Moos in Passeier), Tirolo (German: Dorf Tirol), Parcines (German: Partschins), Rifiano (German: Riffian). This natural park is famous thanks to the incredible variety of landscapes and animals; some of them prefer a sunny and dry climate, like the Merano palms or the mountain swallow…till the Sopranes lakes (Italian: laghi di Sopranes, German: Sprönser Seen), located at the eternal snow level.
