Val Senales is a trekking paradise, thanks to its imposing mountains, which are more than 3000 meters high. South Tyrol the classic itineraries are the ones in the Gruppo del Tessa natural park  and in the Merano High Mountain Trail. Other “lighter” trekking itineraries are: Val di Fosse (German: Pfossental), the Bella Vista mountain refuge, the Vernago (German: Vernagt) artificial lake.Hikers looking for spirituality can count on trekking itineraries, one towards the Madonna di Senales church and the other towards the Carthusian convent. Winter trekking is also possible in Val Senales, accompanied by your hotel manager and by expert Alpine guides. Another interesting trekking hiking trip will allow you to visit a cave excavated in ice whose depth is 50 meters.
